Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 26, 2026
Printora ("we", "our", "us"), operated by Orazen, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our cloud print monitoring platform at printora.orazen.online.
1. Information We Collect
Core principle: We collect only what is necessary to provide print fleet monitoring, meter-based billing, and GST invoicing. We never sell your data.
- Account information: Name, email, company name, GSTIN, and phone number provided during signup.
- Printer data: IP addresses, model, serial number, toner levels, and status of printers you add to your fleet.
- Meter readings: Copy/print/fax counters collected via SNMP or the fleet agent — used for billing calculations and invoicing.
- Invoice data: Customer names, billing periods, amounts, and GST details generated through the platform.
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and session timestamps — used for product improvement.
2. How We Use Your Data
- Provide and maintain the Printora service (printer monitoring, meter collection, alerts, invoicing).
- Send you alerts via email and WhatsApp when configured (toner low, printer offline, errors).
- Generate GST-compliant invoices and e-invoice IRN submissions when configured.
- Process payments through Stripe (we never store credit card numbers).
- Send service communications (security alerts, billing notices, product updates).
- Improve the platform based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns.
3. Data Sharing
We share data only with these service providers, each under strict data processing agreements:
- Stripe: Payment processing (PCI DSS compliant). We never see or store card numbers.
- Waora (WhatsApp): Delivers WhatsApp alerts on your behalf. Message content is sent through, not retained beyond delivery.
- Cloud infrastructure: Your data is hosted on our servers. We control all access.
- GSP providers (when configured): For e-invoice IRN submission to the Indian government NIC portal.
We will never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
4. Data Security
- All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest.
- Database access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
- API keys and secrets are stored encrypted, never in version control.
- Nightly automated backups with 14-day retention.
- SOC 2 Type II controls are in progress (see our SOC 2 checklist).
5. Data Retention

- Alerts: Auto-cleaned after 90 days.
- Audit logs: Retained for 1 year for security review.
- After deletion: Your data is permanently removed within 30 days of a completed deletion request.
